- Customized or Made-to-Order Products: These may take 3 to 5 weeks for delivery, as they require additional production time.

- Within Lahore: We offer free or minimal delivery charges for most orders depending on the size and distance.
- Outside Lahore: Delivery charges will vary based on item weight, size, and delivery location. Charges will be communicated before dispatch.
