Refund and Returns Policy

At Home Interior, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure you are happy with every purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy will guide you through the process.

Returns
  • Eligibility: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-returnable Items: Custom-made products, clearance sale items, and personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days using your original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us directly.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in production or dispatched.
